Services included
Customers are hereby informed that they are not permitted to enter/leave the buffet with food or drinks.
Services not included

- For greater convenience and flexibility, you will be given an identification bracelet and a room card, which you must show at each service to use the IT.
- The right is personal and non-transferable. If a guest wishes to invite a person not staying at TI, they must pay the price indicated on the menu. Therefore, we ask that you order only the quantity of drinks that corresponds to the number of occupants noted on your TI wristband.
- In accordance with current Spanish legislation, alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under the age of 18.
- Ordered drinks must be consumed only in designated areas. Drinks are not permitted in guest rooms.
- Drink accumulation is not permitted; you must finish the drink before ordering the next one.
- The TI service can be enjoyed from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
- On the day of departure, you must go to reception at 12:00 to collect your wristbands.
- Meals and beverages from contracted services must be served solely and exclusively at the location where they are served.
Services included
- The food you have booked is buffet-style. You will be assigned your shift and buffet at reception.
- The hotel offers the option of experiencing its themed dining experience. This option is subject to prior reservation and availability.
- All buffets include the first drink served at the table and the rest at the bar during lunch and dinner services.
- Theme restaurants include drinks served at the table.
- Snack from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in a designated cafeteria or restaurant.
- The drinks included in buffets, theme restaurants, and afternoon snacks are: water, beer, soft drinks, and a glass of wine or cava selected by the hotel.
- The TI service in the cafeterias will be from 10:00 a.m. to midnight and includes the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages listed on the TI menu. Please check the cafeteria opening hours at reception.

- Stores: Drugstore, Rincón del Ninot.

- Consumption in cafes and points of sale outside the hours established in TI.
